Korolenko V. Sigma-ESR and immunological blood parameters at neurofibromatosis 1st type

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment neurofibromatosis 1st type taking into account features of pathogenesis and clinical current of inflammatory process at this disease. Immune-pathological features at neurofibromatosis 1st type and dynamics of immunological parameters are studied at application system enzyme therapy at this disease, the interrelation analysis between the clinical data, immunological parameters and sigma-ESR, on the basis of the clinical data is carried out, clinical-laboratory and immunological parameters ways of definition of activity of pathological process are developed at neurofibromatosis, and corresponding complex actions for rehabilitation and medical-social examination of patients with neurofibromatosis are offered efficiency of spent treatment. Considering presence of inflammatory process at neurofibromatosis, it is recommended to spend definition of its activity with the help sigma-ESR and immunological blood parameters for the purpose of definition of further medical tactics. Introduction in medical practice of profile dermatological establishments of Ukraine of the offered advanced method of treatment neurofibromatosis 1st type, which provides application system enzyme therapy (the preparation Vobenzyme) in combination with symptomatic drugs, will promote increase of efficiency of treatment and the prevention of development of relapses of disease.
