The research carried out is devoted to the searching of the ways of optimization of acute coronary syndrome patients' treatment based on development of additional clinical immunological criteria of estimation of thrombosis, inflammatory and fibronectin degradation processes connection. It was performed differentiate estimate of efficacy and safety of antithrombine therapy in acute myocardial infarction complication prevention. It's recommended to score the risk of complication development in acute Q wave myocardial infarction patients by complex method including also estimation of proteolytic reactions character.
