Popadinets E. Essence and Peculiarities of Credit Transactions during Market Transition

Research object: development of crediting institutions in transformation economy. Research goal: defining of substance and types of crediting transactions, peculiarities of their functioning in transformation economic system and optimization of corresponding costs. Research methods: method of institutional analysis; methods of dialectics, formal logics, system structures, comparative history; statistics, graphic, table analysis. Results, novelty: the substance and characteristics of crediting transactions are defined; interpretation of crediting transactions' factors preconditions and characteristics of factors, which induce increase of interest rate related crediting transactions in countries with transformation economy got further development; methodological basis of crediting transaction costs's calculation in banking sector as well as definition and classification of crediting transaction costs were enhanced. Sphere of application: lectures and special courses in economic theory, macroeconomics; articles and monographs; practice of Ukrainian state administration institutions and economic subjects.
