Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of automated method of forming of conjugate curvilinear surfaces, excluding the interference, conformably to multiple-thread ball screw gears. The interference origin in ball screw gears is investigated comprehensively, the processes of rolling are automated. New methods of analytical calculation of work of multiple-thread ball screw gears are offered. The algorithms of automated parameter forming curvilinear helical surfaces and designing 3D geometrical computer models of multiple-thread ball screw gears in the system Solid Works are developed. Using information of calculations, were projected two, three, six-thread ball screw gears. In all of transmissions the exchange of marbles was created between coils for more even wear of marbles, which will result in the increase of longevity of transmissions, that is confirmed the results of tests of experimental standards on longevity. The results are introduced on HC "Micron" for designing multiple-thread ball screw gears and in the process of teaching at the ONPU and the OSABA.
