Dissertation is devoted to hygienic evaluation of rational organization methods for educational and out-of-school activities of the senior adolescents at lyceums. There were investigated the hygienic aspects of school environment and learning organization for daily activities optimization; development of personality traits and psychophysiological functions; forming of health and adaptation in pupils. An Integrated Individual Oriented Program for Rational Organisation of Educational and Out-Of-School Activities of Lyceists was elaborated and applied into activities of educational institutions. The Method for Stress Fast Diagnostic with application of respective preventive impacts and the Method for Behavioral Wellness Diagnostic with application of informational impacts in youngster collectives were created and substantiated. An Applied Model of Student Support Service with outpatient and online form was elaborated and established.
