Tyhenko R. Ekological-ekonomic efficiency of organization of the use of land in the conditions of transformation of the landed relations in Ukraine

Theoretical-methodological bases of estimation of ekological-ekonomic efficiency of organization of the use of land are improved in the conditions of reformation of the landed relations which are based on ecological, economic, and social aspects. The system of indexes of ekological-ekonomic efficiency of organization of the use of land is grounded in market conditions during realization of ekological-ekonomic estimation of modern, prognosis and project of land use developments on national and regional levels. Scientific-methodological approaches are improved in relation to the estimation of ekological-ekonomic efficiency of organization of the use of land in the conditions of different forms of property on earth and forming of permanent land-tenure. The ways of further improvement of ekological-ekonomic efficiency of organization of the use of land are grounded at regional and local level. Their efficiency is offered for the complete estimation of different sides of organization of the use of land to determine on the chart of natural and cost indexes which adequately bind to growth of accordingly and costs of lot land. The substantive provisions of development of the market landed relations which condition necessity of improvement of function of organization of the use of land for providing of forming of ekological-safe and cost-justifiable agricultural land-tenure and conditioning for development of him on the competitive beginnings and dynamic reacting in a market environment are grounded. Methodical approaches are developed in relation to the estimation of pertaining to national economy and commercial efficiency organizations of the use of land, which are based on providing of the rational use and guard of earths for creation of favorable environment and improvement of agrarian landscapes. Structuring of agricultural lands and land-tenure is considered, as an important factor of forming of the ecologically balanced agrarian landscapes.
