Lypec L. The settlement of matrimonial and the same relations by law and contract

The thesis are independent complete scholarly work dedicated to the analysis of peculiarities of marital and similar relationships regulations by law and on contract. On basis of theoretical research of scholars-lawyers that dealt with similar range of problems during the Soviet and contemporary periods as well as on analysis of domestic and foreign legislation, the respondent covers theoretical and practical questions connected with registration and dissolution of marriage regulations. The respondent pays special attention to deep analysis of domestic legislation. Deep analysis of triad of marital relationships was made such as property rights and personal non-property rights as well as rights and obligations on mutual support. On basis of the analysis of normative acts of Marriage and Family Law of Ukraine and foreign countries as well as on basis of consuetude curie, the respondent makes scientific conclusions and offers on improvement of domestic legislation regulation of registration and dissolution of marriage.
