Essay

This work is based on the results of examination of representatives selections of city and rural inhabitants of Ukraine age 20-64 years, conducted on one program with an interval 20-25 years. There has been analyzed comparatively the prevalence of impaired cardiac rate and conduction among urban and rural population and determined the sexual and age peculiarities. The long-term dynamics of impaired cardiac rate and conduction prevalence among urban and rural population in Ukraine has been studied.. According to the obtained data there have been marked such negative tendencies concerning risk profile in patients with atrial fibrillation-flutter as: decreased age qualification of patients with such impairments of cardiac rate; increased prevalence of arterial hypertension among them; obesity, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and low physical activity, increased level of their associative ness
