Essay

In this dissertation estimation of most powerful risk factors (RF) of adverse in-hospital and remote outcomes in patients hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction (MI) is presented. Risk scale for assessment of risk of five years' cardiovascular death (CVD) after MI was developed based on complex analyses of clinical data, anamnesis, haemodynamics, laboratory parameters of MI patients, data of averaged high-resolution ECG and magnetocardiography (MCG) were performed. Value of high-resolution ECG for prediction of 5-years CVD after MI in patients of less than 56 years of age was also established. Usability of MCG for detection of signs of myocardial ischemia in patients with acute MI was proven which may be applicable for selection of low-risk patients who could be discharged earlier
