An evolution and essence of the system of marketing management is considered. The features of the system of marketing management are exposed in the field of tourism. The process of forming of the system of marketing management структуризирован on tourist enterprises. Grounded and specified aims and types of administrative activity for tourist enterprises, operating in the system of marketing management. Going is certain near the management of mutual relations with the users of tourist services. An environment and market possibilities of enterprise, as basis of development of strategy, is analysed. Marketing strategy, oriented to the selected having a special purpose groups of users, is developed. Strategy of loyalty of users of tourist services of ARK is developed. The factors of increase of efficiency of marketing management are appraised on tourist enterprises.
