Taraban S. Forming of the system of acceptance of administrative decisions local executive public authorities

Object of research: reaction of local power on the calls of social practices by the proper administrative decisions. Purpose: theoretical ground and development of practical suggestions on purposeful influence of the state on perfection of the system of acceptance of administrative decisions by local executive public authorities in intercommunication with the modern tendencies of social and economic development of Ukraine. Methods: history, unity of logical comparison and analogies, induction and deduction, sociological researches, abstracting and generalization. Results: theoretical ground of modern directions of development of the system of acceptance of administrative decisions by local executive public authorities in the context of European policy of democratization of management. Novelty: in a theory the approaches to perfection of the system of acceptance and realization by local executive public authorities of administrative decisions are grounded. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power of the Sumy and Kharkiv regions. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
