Manzhura O. Intellectual property as a factor of formation of economy of knowledge

The dissertation is devoted to define the content and contradictions of intellectual property in the process of its actualization for the formation of economy of knowledge, development practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of realization of intellectual property in modern Ukraine. Intellectual property in modern economic development becomes the main factor of competitiveness, and so its role grows considerably in transition to economy of knowledge. The necessity of selection of primary and second realization of intellectual property is grounded. The primary realization takes place in the process of awareness by a man the necessity of motion to qualitatively other state of its activity and formation of some ideal image of this other state. The second realization of intellectual property finds introduction in a certain project, which is realized in the sphere of material production or in social relations. Systematization of general features of intellectual product is conducted. Proofs of irrationality of the hard contrasting of spiritual and intellectual property in the conditions of imperative of survival of mankind are grounded.
