Object - acute intestinal obstruction; purpose - improve results of treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction by de-veloping and implementing the clinical practice of new methods prevention and reduction of endogenous intoxication and correc-tion of enteral insufficiency; methods - general clinical, laboratory, instrumental, experimental, physical, chemical, microbiologi-cal, morphological, the method of electron microscopy, statistics, the results - the first time in the experiment proved the feasibility of using a mixture of hydrophilic and hydrophobic sorbents in combination with a cationic surface-active antiseptics for of enterosorbtion and its effectiveness in combined treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction; first developed and introduced into clinical practice of the original method of determining the amount of suspension of the sorbent for enterosorbtion, intestinal lavage, which provides the individual needs of the patient and is suitable for a particular type or mixture of absorbents; developed a new method of treatment of enteric disease, providing decontamination, restoration of barrier function of intestinal mucosa and prevents the development of endogenous intoxication and postoperative complications in the combined treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction; branch – medicine.
