Havrysh Y. Endoscopic adrenalectomy: indications and peculiarities of postoperative period.

The object - patients with suprarenal tumors; the aims to compare influence of the open and endoscopic operations with suprarenal pathology on the homoeostasis of patients: the methods are general clinical, ELISA, radiology; the new approach is checked levels of IL-17 and ICAM-1 in a patient operated with suprarenal pathology; results set cealr criteria to endoscopical interferences and choice of access for patients with new formations of suprarenal gland, that allows to decrease frequency of conversions; it is inculcated - in an educational process on the departments of surgery of LNMU the name of Danylo Halytsky, and in a diagnostically and treatment process; the field is surgery.
