Zaevskaya E. Endoscopic topography of the cicatricle process in the abdominal cavity in the earlier operated patients and the laparoscopic correction of it.

The scientific work is dedicated to the actual problem of the improvement of the diagnostics and treatment of the postoperative cicatricle changes in the abdominal cavity. The clinical material includes 102 cases of the patients with the postoperative cicatrices. It was discovered and described, that the specificity of cicatrices depends on the type of operation being done previously. The system of preoperative diagnostics of the cicatricle disease was improved. It is based on the results of the clinical examination, anamnesis, US conclusion, nature of postoperative scars, level of IF- ? in the patient’s serum, The new method of the laparoscopic ad-hesiolysis was proposed. It helps to improve the results of treatment of the patients with the cicatricle changes in the ab-dominal cavity.
