Research object: the environmental factors, pesticide behaviour and impact on organisms and the environment. Research objective: substantiation of norms and regulations for herbicides based on 2,4-D and mesotrione. Research methods and devices: toxicolog. and hygienic experiments, chromatographic, physical, clinical, mathematical modeling, statistic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: more severe damaging effect of 2,4-D on organism, peculiarities of extrapolation of mesotrione data for human. Mesotrione impact on water purification, behaviour in the environment, the working environment, hygienic norms and regulations for mesotrione.
