Zhilka I. Prosecutor's supervision is under law-enforcement activity of custom bodies in Ukraine

Dissertation research is devoted to the theoretical and practical questions of directorate public of prosecutions under law-enforcement activity of customs bodies in Ukraine. The dissertation is the first complex research on the problems of providing of legal law-enforcement activity in customs bodies by facilities of prosecutor. The concepts of law-enforcement activity of customs bodies, content and statement of legality in law-enforcement activity of customs bodies Ukraine are certained. The Forms and methods of directorate public of prosecutions, it's in role and place in the system of providing of legality in law-enforcement activity of customs bodies are analyzed. Considering the complex analysis of law-enforcement activity of customs bodies the suggestions of improvement of the legal adjusting forms and methods of providing of legality in law-enforcement activity of customs bodies are formulated. The bases of prosecutor office are considered by an office public of prosecutor of interests of citizens or state in a court about defiance of rights for citizens and state in a custom sphere, explored. The statement of reaction on the appeals of citizens as mean of providing of legality in activity of custom organs.
