Bondarenko V. The public self-organization bodies evolution trends in Ukraine

Object - dorgani samoorganizacii of population; purpose - nviznachennya and scientific ground of tendencies, priority directions and prospects of development of organs of samoorganizacii of population in Ukraine; methods - subject, historical diyal'nisniy, approaches of the systems and situatioonal,, comparative analysis of the systems and design, expert questioning and verification ; novelty - the scientifically grounded integral methodological conception is developed from the exposure of modern progress of organs trends samoorganizacii of population is in Ukraine; results - it is formulated, grounded and the methodological going is applied near research of the system OSN coming from the expected change of model of local development in Ukraine by passing to the model of steady local development, complemented by the substantial signs of model civil society, methodological principles of analysis of local development are improved by a selection and application of him base model which combines political, economic, social and ecological blocks and mechanisms system (institutional, legal organizational, resource) their realization, and also possible directions and mechanisms of change of this model.
