Radzimovska S. Government regulation of the stock market infrastructure

The purpose of dissertation research is naukovo-teoretichne generalization and обґрунтування features of state administration of securities of Ukraine a market and comparative analysis of development of markets of equities of other states. A research object is state administration of securities as purposeful process of providing of effective activity and fund market development a market. The article of research is a market of equities of Ukraine ta activity of the State commission on securities and fund market as public organ which carries out state administration. For the decision of the put tasks in the process of dissertation research was drawn on complex of vzaemodopovnyuyuchikh scientific methods among which: method of scientific abstraction, systematization, retrospective analysis; method of comparative analysis; system historical and system prognostichniy aspects of analysis; graphic method. The methodological base of research is complemented by positions of modern economic theory, base conceptions of leading scientists and specialists in the field of public economic policy on the whole and state adjusting of market of equities in particular, and also theories of state administration. The formulated conclusions will be instrumental in development of measures on the increase of effectiveness and efficiency of mechanisms of state administration, which are used by the State commission on securities and fund market as public authority.
