Essay

The investigation highlights emotional evaluative attitude as an essential factor for the management interaction subjects' fruition. The paper focuses on the emotional evaluative attitude which depends on the leader's formal and informal position, derives from the experience of the subjects' common activity and organization, success of their interaction. The work under consideration stresses on the fact that the results of such interaction define the leader's characteristics, and namely - social experience and sensitivity; communicative culture; control locus and style peculiarities of interpersonal interaction; evaluative dependants', professional activity and self treatment, The thesis draws attention to the leader's age as the reason for his/her perception. Age is evaluated according to the position. Thus, assistant principles and heads of the departments get high appreciation of positive qualities when aged 45-50, school principles - at the age of 40-45. As far as the term of the common activity is concerned it is stated that the highest management level is positively evaluated by subordinates in case of the initial period of activity.
