Fed'ko I. Indexes of heart rate variabillity and quality of life at working coal mines with arterial hypertension during of enalaprila malet and nebivolol treatment.

Object of the study: arterial hypertension (AH) in miners of coal mines. Purpose of the research: to reveal regularities in the indices of blood pressure (BP), cardiac rate variability (CRV) and life quality (LQ) in workers of coal mines with mild and moderate AH during their treatment with Enalapril Maleate, Nebovolol and their combinations. Methods of the research: clinical, functional, laboratory. Theoretical and practical results: it is expedient to take into consideration the indices of BP, CRVand LQ, when assessing the state of health in miners with surface and underground occupations, who have mild or moderate AH. It is shown that Nebovolol can be a drug of choice for treating miners with mild and moderate AH in case of a low total intensity of CRV spectrum, Enalapril Maleate in case of a high intensity, and a combination of Enalapril Maleate with Nebivolol in case of a low LQ. Novelty: it was found out that the therapy with Enalapril Maleate, Nebivolol and their combination was equally effective for controlling BP in miners with surface and underground occupations of coal mines, who had mild and moderate AH, and terms for reaching the target level of AP were determined. It was proved that, in the process of treatment of mild and moderate AH in miners with surface and underground occupations with help of Enalapril Maleate, Nebivolol and their combination, irrespective of any changes in the total intensity of CRV spectrum, the intensity correlations of CRV domains of very low and high frequencies became normal. This fact should be regarded as evidence of optimization in neurohumoral regulation. It was shown that therapy of AH with Enalapril Maleate, Nebivolol and their combination facilitated an increase in LQ of miners with surface and underground occupations, who had mild and moderate AH, the degree of their LQ increase being the highest one in case of a combination of the antihypertensive drugs. A possible use of Enalapril Maleate and Nebivolol in modes of mono- and combined therapy of mild and moderate AH in miners with surface and underground occupations was proved.
