A research object is a process of planning and organization of providing of building objects by facilities of mechanization.The purpose of dissertation work is development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations from organizationally technical providing of building objects by facilities of mechanization with minimum charges on the basis of choice of method of providing and integrated account of factors of time, resources and charges.The methodological and theoretical base of researches was made by the advanced studies and methodical developments of domestic and foreign scientists in industry of organization of building, theory of management, theory of optimum management, theory of depreciation, project analysis. Methods network planning, investment analysis, theory of making decision, used for development of model of choice of effective method of providing of objects facilities of mechanization, the method of the dynamic programming is used for the decision of question about expedience of replacement of facilities of mechanization. The methodical going is offered near determination of duration of realization of project on the basis of construction technological a count and allocation of resources. The method of choice of effective method is developed organizational - technical providing of building objects by facilities of mechanization. Certainly cost of one machine-hour of exploitation of facilities of mechanization, taking into account influence of method of providing, financial and depreciation policy, on the basis of calculation of necessity at an amount, quality and term of the use. Certainly economic expedient term of substituting for machines and mechanisms. The got results allow to improve quality of estimations of parameters of realization of building objects and promote building efficiency. It is recommended for introduction production and project organizations.
