Irina G. Forms and Methods of State Administration of Culture in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of forms and methods of state administration of culture in Ukraine. The main points and content of the national culture as a sphere and an object of state administration are investigated. The importance of culture for the building of civil society is exposed. The objects, tasks and principles of state administration in Ukraine are formulated. The author defines the peculiarities of cultural and administrative cycle. The author's notions of administrative activity forms and administrative and legal methods in the sphere of culture are determined; main point, structure and types of the above forms and methods are researched and original classifications thereof are formulated. Recommendations concerning improvement of current legislation in the sphere of Ukrainian culture are formulated.
