Bobrovnik A. The third persons in the civil suit in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of problems of modern civil process, that is determinated by essential change of legislation norms, that directly hare an influence on perception of legal proceedings of the third persons. That why in this work the author is analyzed the most difficult and discussing questions of the theory and practice of participation of the third persons in civil processing and was created corresponding propositions of making improvements to theoretical perception, such us status and consolidate corresponding to legislative positions. Also, we offer to interpret the third persons, as a subject right and interests and also positive influence to the object following court decision.The third persons, who don't declare the independent demands of the object of disput, is admit of the court, to take part in a deal of subject, the interests, that brought about the standarts of the material law, what them enter in a deal with purpose to defend their own interests and active using let them the law rights.
