Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the complex theoretical-applied research of the regulation of cooperation between local bodies of executive power and bodies of local self-government on recent period of state-forming. The stages of public authority forming on the local level in the context of their cooperation were studied. The actual problems of the essence and contents of administrative activity of local executive power bodies and local self-government bodies were discussed in the dissertation. The key cooperation principles of these bodies were determined.
