The thesis deals with the study of the processes of the development guarantee of sports in Ukraine through the determination of the organizational and legal regulation in the field of sports of Ukraine and the elaboration of the mechanism of their organizational and legal regulation. The current status of the legal regulation of the administrative relations in the field of sports was researched, the subject of which is the immediate organizational and legal regulation in the field of sports of Ukraine, and the proposals regarding the improvement of the legislation concerning the organizational and legal regulation in the field of sports of Ukraine were presented.
