Degtyaryova I. Stylistic potentiality of Ukrainian postmodern fiction prose.

The thesis is devoted to the research of language of Ukrainian postmodern fiction prose and creation of special linguo-stylistic portrait of postmodern period. The main extralingual issues and their verbalization means are analyzed in the thesis. The system of style-creating factors, dominants and stylistic means of postmodern prose text were thoroughly studied. The research highlights aesthetic function and stylistic meaning of productive linguistic units and stylistic figures. The carnivalization and carnivality of language are characterized. The linguistic style of Ukrainian postmodern prose amount is defined.
