The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive research of legal status of business associations (associations of companies) in Ukraine. Economic and legal nature of business associations and their place among the participants in the sphere of economic activity as well as the history of the development of legislations on business associations have been researched in the given dissertation. Characteristic features of the legal status of state business associations have been found out.
