Troyanovsky O. The responsibility under international contract of commercial agency.

The thesis is independent complete scientific work, in which peculiarities of legal regulation of agency agreement are considered. For the first time on the level of thesis the comparable-legal analysis of this agreement is conducted and their legal essence and place in the system of civil-legal agreement are established. Notions «civil responsibility», «contract liability» are investigated in the thesis. Their substance and structure are analyzed, questions about basic elements of these agreements and it’s responsibility for non-compliance with conditions of agreement are spoken, peculiarities of halting of mentioned above agreements are considered. On the basic of studying of normative material and analysis of literary sources the results and recommendations, concerned subsequent perfection of civil economic legislation with question’s of conclusion and doing of agency agreement are formed. In particular the notions of agency agreement is formed, appointed the subject of agency treaties. The specificity of responsibility under these agreements is investigated and it’s place in the law of Ukraine are showed."
