Ovsyannikova N. Improvement of organization-economical mechanism of application of recreation resources of objects of natural-protection fund

The research contains general theoretical aspects of recreation-economical activity and classification of industrial factors in the recreation sector. The factors, which determine the demand in recreation services, have been researched. The organization-economical premises of the development of recreation-economical activity of the enterprises of natural-protection fund have been proved; the main component part is the mechanism of planning of economical activity of recording of ecological-economical effects in the recreation "production". The financial-economical condition and problems of development of recreation activity of National Natural Park have been researched. The research suggests the ways of improvement of the organization-economical mechanisms of control for recreation activity of national natural enterprises, in particular implementation of procedure of expert-analytical estimation of recreation projects and development of management-plan national natural park (NNP). The new approach to the spheres of planning of recreation-economical activity at the territories of natural-protection fund (NPF) has been elaborated. The economical-mathematic model of optimization of structure of recreation national application, including the economical, social effects of the recreation activity, has been elaborated.
