In the research carried out scientific analysis of problems in correcting violations of psycho-physical development of teenagers with a slight degree of mental retardation with use of swimming. A complex exercise test to determine the level of psycho-physical development of teenagers. Developed structure, content and methodology providing remedial classes to swimming for psycho-physical development of teenagers with mental retardation. We prove the effectiveness of the proposed methods of swimming lessons that can improve the level of remedial and development and educational work with mentally retarded teenagers.
