Essay

Research object: process of management of tourist enterprises marketing activity. Purpose: research of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations is in relation to perfection of processes of management of tourist enterprises marketing activity. Theoretical dissertation job performances consist in: perfection of conceptual government of tourist enterprises marketing activity bases; to development of scientific knowledges which touch methodology of evaluation of co-operation of tourist enterprise with the basic subjects of market; generalized scientific going near determination of essence of separate definiciy of category vehicle which is used in tourist business. Practical results: the methods and methods developed in dissertation research enable the workers of tourist enterprises to promote the degree of obruntovanosti suggestions and recommendations from acceptance of effective marketings decisions at the market of tourist services of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the methodological going is offered near the construction of the system of evaluation of co-operation of tourist enterprise with the basic subjects of market; it is improved: conception of marketing of mutual relations, on the basis of its dividing into marketing of mutual relations with users and on marketing of mutual relations with partners; tool of analysis of marketing environment of tourist enterprise; a complex of marketing of "7s" is in activity of tourist enterprises; control system by marketing activity tourist enterprise; got subsequent development: clarification of determination of concepts "tourism" and "tourist product"; scientific going near determination of essence of marketing and management by him on an enterprise; the methodological going is near realization of analysis of tendencies of change of tourist streams at the regional tourist market.
