Thesis is devoted to complex investigation of the administrative-legal features of standardization in the obligatory medical insurance system in Ukraine. There was carried out the analysis of medical insurance general characteristic for both the organizational-legal and financial base of health protection in Ukraine. Classification and the particularities of health protection organization legal principles under the conditions of medical insurance are shown. Additionally, the thesis contains the analysis of administrative-legal assurance of obligatory and voluntary medical insurance from the position of joint features, differences and priorities for Ukraine
