Savelyeva L. Ethnocultural peculiarities of ideographical parameterization of Ukrainian lexicon

Object: Ukrainian substantive people names according to the residence. Aim: determination and analysis of ethnocultural peculiarities of ideographic parametrization of people names according to the residence, defining of ethnoconnotation in their semantics. Research methods used: methods of component analysis, definition method, method of rephrasing for the metalanguage realization component establishment of semantics of analyzed nouns, area studying of language of traditional culture method, definition comparison of nominations in scientific and nationwide language world views. Novelty of the work consists in the fact that methodological and procedural device of different ethnoconnotation types determination in lexical semantics of people names according to the residence in the Ukrainian language, their analysis, and lexicographic modeling is developed in the dissertation. Practical significance of the work: possibility of its using in lexicography and language teaching.
