Kulinich O. Мechanisms of сo-operation of organs of state administration and public organizations is in realization of youth policy in Ukraine

Object of research: process of co-operation of institutes of the state and civil society in the sphere of state youth policy. Purpose: theoretical ground of essence of mechanisms of co-operation of organs of state administration and public organizations in realization of youth policy in Ukraine, development of methodical and practical recommendations on perfection of collaboration between them. Methods: systems approach, tipologization, design, cluster and content-analysis, historical-comparative, structural-functional. Results: dependence of efficiency of state youth policy in Ukraine from types and intensity of intersector co-operation of subjects of social and political processes, features of functioning of youth unions, perfections of mechanisms of collaboration of organs of state administration and public organizations is exposed. Novelty: it is offered to enter in a scientific turn the notion the "quality of co-operation of organs of state administration and public organizations in work with young people" as an aggregate of properties and descriptions of relations enabling maximal satisfaction of interests of young people. It is inculcated in activity of Ministry of Ukraine in matters of family, young people and sport, organs of state administration of the Sumy and Kharkiv region. Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
