Present thesis is dedicated to the formation of photosensitive diode structures on the basis of monocrystal cadmium telluride, their optical, electric and photoelectric characteristics profound study; and also the study of their practical application possibilities. The peculiarity of the thesis is the use of original technologic methods (substranes surface modification, isovalent substitution, photothermal oxidation) for the and anisotype heterojunctions production.
