Statistical methods of research (the multifactorial correlation and dispersive analysis). This dissertational work was devoted to the study of epidemiology, social and behavioral factors, diagnostics, treatment and preventive maintenance of sexually transmitted infections (STI) in Mariupol - big industrial and a seaport town. STI clinical manifestations and coherent social and demographic features in 55 female sexual workers (FSW) were studied. STI markers were revealed in 52,7±6,7 %, and 7,3±3,5 %of them were HIV-positive. The third of male polled (33,9±6,2 %) at least once used prostitutes. The point of cure rapid tests could be recommended for testing population core groups, with more risk for STI. An education campaign promoted diagnosis on asymptomatic Chlamydia trachomatis infection by creating motivations to test in 12,3±3,3 % women and in 3,5±2,0 % of men. Application of kagocel in STI patients normalized TNF-?, IFN-?, IL-8, and also the contents of CD3, CD4 monocytes. Proposed treatment protocol for chronic recurrent Chlamydia trachomatis infection demonstrated efficiency and safety in an comparative clinical trial. Results of research are introduced in practice of work of Donetsk regional dermato-venerologic dispensary, city dermato-venerologic dispensary of Artemіvsk, Gorlivka, Konstantynivka.
