Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiairities of functional condition of prooxidant–antioxidant system – in pathologenesis of experimental allergic alveolitis, and their disturbances correction, by Thiotriasolin antioxidant. The investigations were made on 180 Guinea pigs (males). For the first time it was shown, that in the early period (14-th day of allergic alveolitis formation – we observed the prooxidant – antioxidant system’ processes activation and only in lungs – the increase of small B-lymphocytes content – of circulating immune complexes in blood. Later on, during 24-th – 34-th days of the experiment – further intensive accumulation of lipids peroxidation products – and growth of activity of antiradical defense ferments – in lungs, kidneys and adrenals – and of B-lymphocytes’ level – of large, small and medium circulating immune complexes, lowering of T-lymphocytes content in blood – were observed. The latest period (44-th day) of the experiment – was accompanied by lowering of super-oxiddismutase and Catalase activity, in all the mentioned tissues, and of T-lymphocytes content decrease, and the increase of the level of large, middle and small sizes circulating immune complexes, B-lymphocytes in blood – and the highest degree of expression of peroxide lipids’ oxidation processes – were established.
