Heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate turbulence (HRT) and daily blood pressure (BP) profile based diagnostic algorithm for autonomous cardiopathy because of heart failure (HF) was elaborated in the work. The features of cardiac remodeling at HF were exposed; description of diagnostic value of different methods of estimation of structural and functional left ventricular (LV) condition was compared. The relationships among instrumental indexes and the plasma level of HF biomarkers were discovered.
