Chornomyz V. Comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of different methods of efferent therapy in obstructive jaundice syndrome treatment.

Dissertation is dedicated to the treatment result improvement for the patients with obstructive jaundice syndrome. This research is based on the results of complex treatment of 307 patients with obstructive jaundice syndrome. Causes of obstructive jaundice occurred are studied. The effectiveness of different efferent therapy methods in obstructive jaundice syndrome treatment is determined. Comparative assessment of the effectiveness of different efferent therapy methods in obstructive jaundice syndrome treatment application before and after surgery interventions was made. Efferent therapy allows reducing gal enrichment with microorganisms 2 times faster and balance its biochemical content. The effectiveness of treatment using extracorporeal "artificial liver" on the patients with concomitant liver cirrhosis was proved. The scheme of rational usage of different methods of efferent therapy on different severity of acute liver failure treatment scientifically justified and developed. The hydrojet desection of organic tissues was successfully used in surgical treatment of obstructive jaundice.
