Essay

The paper studies non-differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue with surgery patients and proves the significance of aponeurosis connective tissue morphological changes for front abdominal wall failure. The author defines the phenotypic criteria of diagnosis of the aponeurosis connective tissue dysplasia and the possibilities of its clinic identification as well as the criteria of foreseeing the risks of post-operative hernia development. The paper substantiates the necessity of differentiation between hernia and hernial disease. It also suggests the algorithm of pathogenetic approach to the choice of reconstructive-recovery operations on the front abdominal wall. It has been experimentally, morphologically and clinically proved the possibility and necessity of using both aloplastic and heteroplastic materials with abdominal wall plastic surgery. The paper presents the developed method of hernia intra-operative prevention.
