The thesis studies the essential issues of simple partnership agreement, analyses the legal regulation applicable towards the conclusion of separate types of simple partnership agreements, the restrictions of such conclusion, as well as the grounds for termination of simple partnership agreement. In addition, the thesis depicts the issues concerning the joint property legal status determination, which belongs to the partners due to simple partnership agreement, the problems of appearance and termination of property rights thereupon, the determination of perspective trends in the development of legal regulation in the sphere of such relations while constructing the real estate objects, co-investing to share funds, creating and holding of activities by arrangements without legal entity status, which, nevertheless, require the formation of joint property.
