The thesis is being the first complex research of the Civil Law status of exchange. The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the foundation, management, liquidation of commodity exchange, including agrarian exchange, and stock exchange, including foreign exchange market. Considering the historical development of legal regulation of different types of exchanges. The problems of determining the organizational and legal forms, which can be established exchanges, as well as the possibility of setting up exchanges in the form of legal entities of private or public law. Analyzes the types of objects of civil rights, which may be objects of the contract exchange (securities, real estate, currency, etc.). The author gives a legal description of services, which represent different types of exchanges, in particular the listing of and quotation.
