Object of the research: processes of organizational changes at machine-building enterprises; purpose of the thesis: development of theoretical positions and working out methodical and practical recommendations on organizational changes management at machine-building enterprises; methods of the research and device: inductive and deductive methods, analysis and synthesis, method of formalization, methods of empirical research, economic-mathematical methods – cluster analysis, multidimensional factor analysis, construction of regression models with lagged variables; theoretical and practical results: improved: technology of examine of organizational changes management processes, that has been formed and realized on the basis of the position: organizational changes management – is a process that results in maintaining stability of financial – economic state of an enterprise, raising an efficiency of its activities, providing growth and innovative development; analytical tools for organizational changes management of an enterprise, which has the difference – correspondence to certain means of strategic management – reframing, restructuring, revitalization and renewal, and expands informative base of acceptance of managerial decisions through the formed groups of indications of organizational changes realization by criteria of efficiency, stability, growth and innovative development; got further development: classification of organizational changes of an enterprise by means of additionally proposed and substantiated classificational indications – “character of purpose defining”, “means of realization”; concept of organizational changes management, expanded through the substantiated complex of strategic measures and analytical tools; the methodical approach to estimation of the machine-building enterprise’s readiness for organizational changes realization; subject and extent of introduction : the development results have been introduced in practical activities at the Kharkiv enterprise PJSC “Yuzhcable Works”, State Enterprise Plant “Electrotyazhmash”; sphere of use: management of machine-building enterprise.
