Theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of forming of mechanisms of state anticrisis administration on the basis of innovative development of regions of Ukraine are explored in dissertation. The complex analysis of modern regional progress trends of Ukraine is carried out, the reasons of the crisis state of economy of Ukraine are certain, innovative potential of regions of Ukraine and Donetsk region in particular is appraised, critical estimation of economic-legal mechanism of state anticrisis administration on the basis of innovative development is represented.
