Kremen V. The activity of financial conglomerates at the financial market of Ukraine

In dissertation the theoretical bases of becoming and development of financial conglomerates are investigated, their place and role in the system of financial inter-mediaries іs defined, the mechanism of their formation and difference from other forms of financial intermediaries cooperation are grounded. In work the functioning of international financial conglomerates is analyzed in context of their activity level in the world financial market. The process of formation of financial conglomerates in Ukraine is systemized. The conceptual bases of development of national financial conglomerates and entrance of international financial conglomerates to the financial market of Ukraine are formed. The leading role of banks in development of convergence-integration mechanisms of cooperation between financial intermediaries is grounded. In work scientific-methodical principles of influencing of financial conglomerates on financial market development in Ukraine are certain. The key directions of influencing of international financial conglomerates on bank and insurance sectors development are grounded. Authentication and systematization of risks in financial conglomerates activity is carried out. The step scenarios of introduction of the integrated system of financial market adjusting and consolidated supervision of activity of financial groups and financial conglomerates in Ukraine are developed.
