Certainly legal nature of activity of expert in the indicated procedure, historiography of scientific researches and state of modern legal doctrine is analysed in relation to the study of administrative-legal status of expert in realization in cases about administrative offences. Characteristic of basic elements of legal status of expert is given in procedure of administrative offence (rights, duties and guarantees).
