Essay

The work is devoted to deciding of actual gynecologycal problem - to reduce the rate of incontinence in women after histerectomia.On the base of study of risk factors for incontinence after histerectomia, working-out of prognostic system such pathology, the study of estrogen content in the tissues of the vagina, of the functional state of the bottom of the pelvic muscles and hydrodynamic parameters of the urinary tract it was developed and implemented a complex scheme of preventing incontinence in women who had histerectomia. Using of the worked scheme of inconti-nence prophylaxis after histerectomia was allowed to reduce the frequency of this pathology in 2,6 times.
