Mumrova E. Prophylaxis of complications of pregnancy, delivery and puerperal period in women with anemia on the background of pyelonephritis

The thesis is devoted to solving of an important scientific problem – to reduce the quantity of complications of pregnancy, delivery and puerperal period in women with with anemia on the background of pyelonephritis (APP), with the help of elaboration of measures, directed to the improvement of immune and tensiometrical impairments and it is also devoted to the normalization of erythropoiesis. The absolute risk of development of APP is 64,4 (58,5-70,1%). The definition of such marcers of inflammatory process as antibodies to lipopolysaccharides of gramnegative flora in pregnant women with APP is proposed, their role in pathogenesis of their development of given pathology is proved. It is shown that in pregnant women with APP insufficient level of erythropoietin is noted. Efficiensy of ozonetherapy in prophylaxis of complications of pregnancy, delivery and puerperal period and its influence on immunity, tensiometric data and erythropoiesis in pregnant women with APP are proved.
