Silnova A. Administrative legal fundamentals of leadthrough of research work in the agrarian sector of Ukraine

The dissertation encompasses a comprehensive conceptual research of administrative legal fundamentals of leadthrough of research work in the agrarian sector of Ukraine and aims on clarification and expansion jurisdictions of state administration bodies' research work in an agrarian sphere. There has been defined the notion of research work as an object of the administrative law regulation. The classification of basic types of scientific research in agrarian sector was improved in the paper. The paper also highlights the structure, authorities and methods of influence of organs of state administration research work are in the agrarian sector. There has been done the analysis of current national and foreign legislation in the field of research activity. On the basis of the research results we have developed recommendations on improving the organizational legal regulation of research work in the agrarian sector.
